ABOUT OUR JEWELLERY

1. What is Gold Filled?

Gold filled is composed of a solid layer of gold pressure bonded onto a base metal. Since it’s pressure bonded, this means that the Gold doesn’t rub off (no more skin turning green). It’s also important to note that Gold Filled Jewellery has 100 Times more gold than Gold Plated Jewellery meaning that it is made to last.

2. What is Sterling Silver?

Sterling Silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% of weight of silver and 7.5% of weight of other metals, usually copper. It's the other metals which can cause sterling silver to tarnish over time.

3. How do I care for my jewellery?

    • Avoid getting it wet. ie, before swimming or showering.
    • Put on after perfumes and lotions.
    • Remove before sleeping.
    • Store carefully when not being worn.
    • Remove before exercising.
    • Clean and polish with a soft cloth.

4. Can you stamp on both sides of the pendant?
Unfortunately no. Due to the stamping process, there will be a slight imprint on the underside of the metal.
