Returns Policy

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items. If there is an error that is our mistake we will fix it immediately either through repair, exchange or refund along with the shipping fees. Please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the product if there is a fault.

If you would like to return a non-personalised item please let us know within 7 days of receipt and return within 14 days of receipt for a store credit. It will need to be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.

All earring sales are final, due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on these.
