We are happy to replace your bar/pendant chain for you. Please read the following information:
- Select the Metal Type and Chain length you require.
- Once purchase has gone through we will email you the address to send your bar/pendants to.
- Please include the order number and if there is more than 1 pendant please specify which order you would like them to be attached onto your new chain.
When you send us back your bar/pendants we recommend tracking your item as we cannot be responsible for any lost mail. Please also ensure that it is put into a secure mailed so any small pieces cannot fall out during delivery.
*If replacement chain is purchased with other items we will hold the order until the bar/pendants have been received and will send the whole order together.
Please note: There may be a slight impression on the underside of our hand stamped jewellery. This is a normal characteristic of hand stamped items. Company practice is to combine items into 1 box. If ordering more than 1 item please let us know on the cart page under special order requests if you would like them to be packaged separately in different white/gold foil boxes.

We aim to ship products within 3 business days from date of order. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to rush it through for you. Please keep an eye out for up to date shipping information via the announcement bar at the top of our webpage.
Our products are made to order so as such we are unable to accept returns based on change of mind.
If there is an error or a fault please let me know and I will gladly fix, replace or refund the item.

All our pieces are made of Sterling Silver, 14K Gold Fill or 14K Rose Gold Fill.
We recommend not wearing your precious pieces in the shower or swimming. It is best to store your item away carefully when it is not being worn.
As Sterling Silver is a precious metal it will naturally start to tarnish over time. This is process is sped up by the ue of perfumes, deodorant and lotions.
A white polish pad is provided on all orders to help remove dirt or tarnish. For a more thorough clean you can use a silver cleaning solution to really bring back that shine.
